Glen Lyon Hills

An attempt to complete the Carn Mairg and Carn Gorm quartet of Munros in Glen Lyon was abandoned because of stalking restrictions. As an alternative,  the two munros above Loch an Daimh were completed. This turned out to be quite a blessing since the weather was very nasty and so the slightly shorter day on the hills was really appreciated.

The hills above Loch an Daimh do not lodge deeply in the memory particularly if they attempted in the miserable weather conditions that accompanied my climb of them. The ascent of both peaks was straightforward with no complications or problems encountered. However, it was not a good day for photographs.
